Character: Namikaze Minato
Tools: Pen Tablet, OpenCanvas + Photoshop
After my first attempt with the "drowning Kakashi" picture, I thought I could try making a Minato version as well. (How original of me, I know.... xD)
I started with OpenCanvas but quickly switched to Photoshop because...that's still what I'm the most familiar with. ^.^;;
Tools: Pen Tablet, OpenCanvas + Photoshop
